Return Window
- Discounted items (purchased with promo codes): returns or exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Regular-priced items: returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday purchases (orders placed in December): returns or exchanges accepted within 45 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in new condition — unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, odor, dirt, alteration, or damage.
- Return the item in its original packaging with all tags, stickers, and cardboard hangtags attached.
- Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized/customized items (e.g., products with pet names).
- Mystery boxes and all items marked as final sale.
- Items returned with strong odors (e.g., sprays, perfume, cigarette smoke) will not be accepted.
- If any items returned to Beelaunch are not Beelaunch products, they will be disposed of and considered unsellable/worn. No refund or exchange will be issued.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before returning any item to ensure proper handling and to avoid shipping to an incorrect address.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- For damaged/defective/incorrect items, please provide photo or video evidence with your request.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, Shopify Payments).
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Partial refunds are available when returning only part of an order.
Replacements & Exchanges
- If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
- You may exchange for a different size or style.
- Beelaunch covers all shipping costs for returns, replacements, and exchanges.
